This building was completed by Muthoot Housing & Infrastructure in 2009. The Muthoot Group runs several educational institutions including the famous St George School, New Delhi, MGM Muthoot School of Nursing at Kozhencherry and pathanamthitta and MGM Muthoot College of Nursing at Kozhencherry and Pathanamthitta.
