Muthoot Housing & Infrastructure was established in 1990 and there has been no looking back ever since. The completed projects include Perl Haven Appartments, Vazhuthacaud, Trivandrum,The Muthoot Valley Residential Complex at Mukkola, Trivandrum, The Muthoot Villas, nalanchira,Muthoot Residency flats at NCC Road, Trivandrum, Muthoot Green Valley, Krishna Nagar, Trivandrum,Muthoot Crown Plaza, Kottayam, Muthoot Chambers Kollam, Karunappally, Kulasekharam and Trivandrum Muthoot medical Centre, Pathanamthitta, and The Cardamom County at Thekkady.

The ongoing projects include the second phase of Green valley Apartments at Krishna Nagar, Peroorkada, Trivandrum, Commercial complex at Chavara, Muthoot Blue Mount Apartments at Paruthippara, Trivandrum, and Muthoot Dream Springs Apartments, Kottayam
