First of all, let me thank God The Almighty, for the blessings showered on us for the successful completion of 31 years, of our Division, The Muthoot Housing and Infrastructure.
Our Founder Chairman, Late Sri. M. George Muthoot, with his farsighted vision and earnest desire to start a multi—speciality hospital in Kozhencherry, to fulfill the social needs of the society, laid its foundation stone in 1986, marking the birth of Muthoot Housing and Infrastructure Division. As the hospital expanded rapidly, the need to construct various new blocks arose. Thereby this division undertook the construction of-buildings, such as Ammini George Block, M. George Block, Doctors’ Apartments, Nursing School and College buildings, Hostel Buildings etc... along with Dr. George Kurien Block. Subsequently realizing the acute need of the people of Pathanamthitta, a second hospital also has been constructed at the District Head Quarters of Pathanamthitta itself. There also we could construct the Main Hospital Block, Doctors’ Apartments and School of Nursing. The buildings for College of Nursing and its hostel are under construction.
As the branch network of Muthoot Finance marked tremendous growth, the need for good office premises also commenced. This prompted the Division to set up commercial complexes in various cities and towns of Kerala and Tamil Nadu - like, Kochi, Kottayam, Kollam, Chavara, Kottarakkara, Karunagappalli, Trivandrum and Kanyakumari. These buildings are known as Muthoot Chambers. which houses various Branches and Regional Offices of Muthoot Finance, Muthoot Vehicle and Asset Finance. Muthoot Wealth Management, Muthoot Money Exchange, Muthoot Scans as well as Muthoot Securities along with various other commercial establishments. Muthoot Crown Plaza, our commercial complex at Kottayam, is situated in the heart of the town and it houses the Zonal orlice, Regional office as well as branch of Muthoot Finance and Muthoot Exchange.
This Division has already constructed various Apartments and Villa projects also, like Muthoot Pearl Haven, Muthoot Blue Mount, Muthoot Capital View, Muthoot Dream Springs, Muthoot Green Valley, Muthoot Rainbow etc.... Out of them, Muthoot Pearl Haven, Vazhuthacaud, Trivandrum, the first apartment project, houses the Head Office of this Division along with the Zonal Office, Regional Office, and a Branch of Muthoot Finance.
Our ongoing projects include commercial complexes at Kottayam. Kozhenchery Sakthikulangara and Ernakulam along with Apartments in various cities and the new Building Complex For our Corporate Office in Ernakulam.
